EQUALISER is a European Erasmus+ project aiming to promote gender equality in the workplace, offering practical and updated tools to achieve a fair and just future for all genders.
The EQUALISER project is promoted by six European organisations from Spain, Greece, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Malta and Portugal.
AEII, Asociación Educativa por la Integración y la Igualdad (Educational Association for Integration and Equality) is a Spanish non-profit organisation whose main purpose is to foster work-based learning, mobile learning, apprenticeships, and training schemes at both local and European level. Our organisation is located in the very heart of Murcia, capital city of the eponymous Spanish province. AEII offers expert and methodological assistance and personalized training in various areas of public life where psychology has its place social work, education, health, business, culture, sports, politics and more. Our organization has a long-standing experience in the fields of social inclusion and integration of ethnic minorities, migrants and members of marginalized groups of all ages. AEII’s objective is to stimulate quality improvements and excellence in education and training.
IDEC is a training and consulting company located in Piraeus, Greece. Its activities consist of training, management consulting, quality assurance, evaluation, and development of ICT solutions for both private and public sector. Clients of IDEC are both SMEs and the bigger Greek companies of a wide variety of sectors.
IDEC has vast experience in EU projects both as educational provider and as management consulting company and it has created multiple e-learning courses, platforms, educational games, as well as bench-marking and self-assessment tools for different target groups. Some of the thematics that it focuses are digitalisation, innovation management, quality assurance, design thinking, gamification, soft skills, media literacy, intercultural competencies etc.
Emphasys Centre was established in 1998 and is operating as a highly successful ‘Education, ICT Training (VET), Research and Development Centre, approved by the Cyprus Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport. It was set up with the vision to offer high quality LLL opportunities and digital solutions targeted to the needs of learners of all ages and abilities in order to upgrade their lives, ensure inclusion, access and participation in the digitalized society and the labour market. It is committed to promote the digital transformation and the green transition for a sustainable future. Emphasys is a member of the European Digital Learning Network (DLEARN) and the CONNECT–INTERNATIONAL network.
Inqubator Leeuwarden (off. reg. name Stichting Incubator) has been active in the northern part of the Netherlands since its establishment as a foundation in 2010. The focus of Inqubator is on helping starting companies to firmly establish their business and to help them maximise their personal growth. To this end, Inqubator offers a shared room facility in which starting entrepreneurs can work on their business plan, can get advice on how they should proceed in the development of their business and follow different kinds of workshops and masterclasses. Inqubator also offers office space for starting companies that have outgrown the shared office space and need their own office. Furthermore, Inqubator provides start-ups with knowledge, network, advice, training and workshops in cooperation with business and educational partners.
Eurodimensions is a consultancy company based in Malta. Eurodimensions is directly focused on educational aspects related to the positive impact that European instruments of lifelong learning can have on training/educational paths. Eurodimensions has built a collaborative network with experienced trainers and knowledgeable mentors from various backgrounds including European Universities, Chambers and Commerce, NGOs and Incubators. Its staff has worked steadily with the local authorities in Malta and with a large number of Universities and other educational bodies at national and European levels and is currently participating in other Erasmus VET proposals.

At national level, MINDSHIFT has as one of its main partners The Key Talent Portugal, a HR Tech Consulting specialised in Social Attraction and Talent Assessment that develops platforms, such as Panorama and AplyGo, that allow to optimise, implement and manage digital, agile and attractive HR processes based on data analysis.
At European level, we are a strategic partner for the development of transnational cooperation projects aiming to create innovative solutions in the area of youth and adult training.
